Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship to Australian addresses only for most of the products unless stated .

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day, and use express delivery which usually takes from 1-5 days. Once your package has been dispatched, we'll send you a tracking code by email.

How much does delivery cost?
We charge a flat $20-$25 fee for delivery to anywhere in Australia. Some heavier items will be charged based on their weight.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
As your order may be delivered by courier, we cannot send to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Returns and exchanges

How do I return my product back to you?
We hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, if the product is faulty we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition.
