Ensure that all cats or kittens in your household weigh at least 1.36 kg to safely use the Litter-Robot™ 4 in Automatic Mode.
Note mount and connection for camera is not available in Australia or NZ.
Litter Change Tip
Prior to introducing the Litter-Robot™, it is recommended to use appropriate clay clumping litter in the manual litter system. This will help your cats recognize the Litter-Robot™ as a new litter box, making the transition smoother and faster for all.
Important Delivery Note
The Automatic Litter-Robot™ 4 will arrive at your doorstep in a large box, delivered by courier from our Sydney warehouse. A signature will be required upon delivery, so please make suitable arrangements to avoid any delays. Please note that Australia Post Offices and Boxes are unable to accommodate this item. If you need assistance with ensuring a secure delivery, please contact sales@catevolution.com.au for guidance. You can also specify a desired delivery date or provide Authority to Leave (at your own risk) in the order notes or by email with your invoice. Our team will be happy to assist.
NOTE If you have the space, DO keep the Litter-Robot box and inserts as best for shipping if you need to rebox the Robot for travel or repair.
